Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings, purchases, enrolments and services provided by TooAmple Studios ("TooAmple", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Lagos, Nigeria. By booking a session, enrolling in the Academy, or making any payment through this website, you ("the client", "you") agree to these Terms in full.
No refunds after payment
All payments made to TooAmple Studios — including booking fees, deposits, full session payments and Academy tuition — are strictly non-refundable once payment has been completed. This applies to all payment methods (card, bank transfer, USSD or direct transfer). By completing a payment you acknowledge and accept that no refund, partial or full, will be issued under any circumstances. Where possible, we may instead offer to reschedule a session or transfer a credit at our sole discretion (see Rescheduling below).
1. Bookings & payment
- A booking is only confirmed once payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received and you have received a confirmation from us.
- Prices shown on the website are current at the time of booking and may change without notice for future bookings.
- Payments are processed securely through Paystack, or by direct bank transfer to the account details we provide. You are responsible for any bank or transfer charges on your side.
- For direct bank transfers, your booking is only secured once we have confirmed the funds have cleared.
2. Rescheduling & cancellations
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is offered at our discretion.
- A session may be rescheduled once. Further changes may attract an additional fee.
- If you fail to attend a booked session without notice ("no-show"), the session is treated as delivered and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
- In the rare event that TooAmple must cancel or postpone a session (for example due to equipment failure, illness or events beyond our control), we will offer you the earliest available alternative date at no extra cost.
3. The shoot
- Session times begin at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time, and the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- Any additional hours, looks, outfits, locations or edits beyond your chosen package will be quoted and charged separately.
- The number of edited images or the film deliverables included is defined by your chosen package. Additional retouching or edits are available at extra cost.
- You are responsible for your own wardrobe, styling and props unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery of work
- Delivery timelines are estimates and communicated per project. Turnaround begins after the shoot is completed and, where applicable, image selections are confirmed.
- Final files are delivered digitally via an online gallery or download link unless otherwise stated in your package.
- We retain backups of delivered work for a limited period only. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files after delivery.
5. Copyright & usage
- TooAmple Studios retains copyright of all images and footage we create, in line with Nigerian copyright law.
- On full payment, you are granted a personal licence to use the delivered work for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial usage rights, where required, are agreed and licensed separately.
- Unless you opt out in writing before the shoot, TooAmple may use images and footage from your session for our portfolio, website and social media.
- You may not sell, alter beyond basic cropping, or claim authorship of our work, and you must credit TooAmple Studios where reasonably possible.
6. TooAmple Academy
- Academy enrolment is confirmed once tuition (or the agreed deposit) is paid. As above, tuition is non-refundable once paid.
- Cohort dates, schedules and course content may be adjusted; we will give reasonable notice of any material change.
- Seats are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Course materials and teaching are for your personal learning only and may not be redistributed, resold or reproduced.
7. Client conduct
We are committed to a professional and respectful environment. We reserve the right to end a session or enrolment, without refund, in cases of abusive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TooAmple Studios' total liability in connection with any booking or service is limited to the amount you paid for that booking or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to deliver your booking or enrolment (such as your name, contact details and payment reference). We do not sell your data. Payment card details are handled entirely by Paystack and never stored by us.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
